An important seminar on drug smuggling and organised crime was held in Patna on Wednesday. It witnessed Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as the chief guest, along with the Director General of Police (DGP) Bihar as an <br />attendee.During the seminar, when Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and DGP were <br />addressing the officers, some of the police officers were seen playing <br />Candy Crush on their phones. Some of the officers were even seen <br />browsing internet on their smartphones. One of them was seen scrolling a <br />story on PM Narendra Modi's meeting with US President Donald Trump and <br />his wife Melania.
